I have a GBM clown that is acting strange. He is swimming in the nem. but he won't eat today and his gold bands are looking kinda blackish in color and he is keeping his mouth open continuously. All perms. are ok ph-8.0, amon-0, nitrite-0, nitrate 20. I just changed from a 20 to a 40 gal tank 2 weeks ago and add a refum. I did a water change last weekend to get my nitrates down but didn't help, still at 20. I will doing another one sat. I have had the clown for about 3 months and all has been fine. I got another clown and added him last week. but tonight I went to look for him and I happen to see the big crab pull something from the snails and it was the other clown. I guess he was already dead. He had been acting strange just staring into the rocks, but earlier today he was in the nem. I know this is long but what are your thoughts. He has no white spots. The other ones head looked funny like ruff and concaved in places. Thanks
