Clear Bubble in my Frogspawn

Rookie here!

I just got a transfer tank that had been established for over a couple of years. It came with a FrogSpawn, among other things. The Frogspawn has a clear bubble in it that is about 3/4 in long and 3/8 inch tall. Is this anything to be concerned about? Should I try to remove it or pop it?

Sometimes it does that when it is splitting the head. My guess by the picture is that's what is happening. Watch it closely.
