Cleaner shrimp eating coral?

Y'all ever see a cleaner shrimp eating a coral? I have a short tentacle plate coral that has been in my tank for quite some time. I have noticed my shrimp tends to stay in one section of the tank. I moved some of my coral around last night, placing the plate in the area the shrimp likes to hang. Well, tonight I noticed that only have of the plate looks inflated and also only half of the plate has it tentacles out. What could be going on?

Ive never heard of cleaners eating coral.... camel backs, hump backs or pepps yes.. but not a skunk cleaner.

Might be something collecting on the coral or food that its going after, but id be surprised if it was actually eating the coral itself.
