Look in the mirror and say hello
About all you can do is frequent water changes, rock scrubing with a brush and keeping the tank as clean as possible. I know a few people who use really large pieces of LR and clean it off as best they can in the tank, then one every few months, or when it looks bad, they will pull it out and give it a good scrub in saltwater.
You can keep up on algae etc with the water changes and running a good skimmer and GFO or some PO4 control process, running a remote fuge etc.
Unfortunately the critters who may stand a chance for a time will probably eventually get eaten.. but those who stand the best chance are urchins, chintons and anything with a really strong foot and hard shell that stay plastered to the rocks. You might also try some of the tropical abalone.
