Sorry if this is common knowledge, it's new for me.
I thought I needed bulbs and after trying some new ones realized it was a ballast (bulbs are now for sale in the for sale forum).
This is a Current 36" dual 96W "Satellite" system.
Not being overly energetic about spending $40 and waiting a week to mail order I swung by Lowes.
Found a $28 electronic ballast 4X32. Grabbed 3 of the feed lines for 96 watts.
Work s like a charm.
Next I think I might try using all 4 outputs to drive the light to it's absolute capacity (I understand the limiting factor is the bulb, not the ballast in this case).
Anyway, cool to know replacement parts of this nature are only around the corner!
