Catching unwanted crab

We had a crab appear to molt, only found it this morning. We do not have any crabs intentionally so curious if anyone has any tips for catching the little guy? We have never seen it in the 4 months the tank has been set up, so not like I can just reach in and get him. It is about dime sized and looked just like a regular non-hermit crab.

wow that sounds like it's going to be a challange. How about looking with a red light in the middle of the night. but i do not know if crabs can see the red light or not. I know some things can't.

May have to make some type of small trap. hope he goes in and can't find his way out by the time you see it.
 
Pair of nylons, put a few pieces of shrimp or something in it and sink to bottom of the tank. Crab should get snagged in the nylon and just yank em out the next morning.
