Ok first off tank specs.

Neo 90, 2 drain 1 return
Trigger System Elite 30
Hyperflow 32 return

One drain goes into the refugium area and one goes into skimmer section. I have tried the blue and white filter pads for the section that comes from skimmer section to return section, nothing. Any on have any bright ideas for bubble control?

Where do you see microbubbles? In the display tank? What about the return zone where your return pump is located?

How many GPH does the Hyperflow 32 move? For a 90g, anything over 950gph is overkill. You could even use less. The pump is only returning the water back to the display, not creating flow.

Its in both the display and my sump/refug.

Hyperflow does around 1200-1300 with how I have it setup and the length from the pump to the return lockline jets. Which is aroudn 13-14 times an hour turnover rate, and was what I was doing in my old tank and didnt have near the bubbles.

Is your locline fully submerged? If it isn't, air can seep in between the knuckles and create bubbles.

If you see microbubbles in the return section of your sump (check with a flashlight), then you have to resolve the problem in the sump to eliminate them.

Lockline is not submerged, but i can see the bubbles in the sump as well.

Like i said ive tried using the fiber stuff to no avail, is there anything else i can try?
