Can you tell me what kind this anemone is and how to care?

Not sure what kind this is, my clownfish are hosting in it, or at least they seem to be, and I am not sure if I have to spot feed it, or if it uses photsynthesis?

If I do have to spot feed, what do i feed it?

If I want it to split what do I feed it?

id say green bubble tip and it will get most of what it needs from your lights but if you want it to do really well and grow and potentially split then target feed it with small meaty items. my smaller one i simply squirt with mysis when i feed my fish and dendros, my large one i feed a small chunk of krill when i feed my mantis.
 
Is yours long and stringy like my pics, or short and stalky?

Mine has become short and stalky since I have been spot feeding it. My percs host in it and protect it, i got new fish today, and they were having the time of their life protecting that thing!

I will try and post pics later, but can you show me pics of yours? My fiance' and I are just gettin a lil worried about him...
 
I would have to agree with wes. It gets what it needs from your lights and the food you put in the tank. I have had one for right at five years nows and it is huge. (I wish it would split) I give it a piece of food maybe every couple months, but it is cool to watch them eat a chunk of food. Good luck with it..
 
I spot feed mine once a week to twice a week. Is this bad for him?? Also his foot is purplish. His tenticles are short and fat now. Is that from over feeding him or is he sick??
