can someone help me fix my pump placement?

ok so the title pretty much says it. I have three 106gph pumps as well as two aquaclear hob filters used as refugiums. My nitrates/nitrites are at 0. but I still am having a cyno problem. you cant see it in that pic so I colored it in in magneta. I can only think that there is an issue with my pump placement and that is why I am having the issue.

I have already decided to rearrange the rockwork but I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas as to how I can fix the pump placment in order to get rid of this problem.

I would suggest pointing the one in the left side of the tank diagonal downwards towards the bottom right front corner. Or if you want, I would instead do one large powerhead instead of the three 106g/h. I would save you more tank space and also electricity.

That or if you get some more snails and hermits, they'll stur the substrate a bit and cyno won't be able to grow.

Just move them around some for the most random flow patterns you can get. May take some tinkering.

red slime is a @#$%^ for sure. I usually zap it with some erythromycin after the first month or 2 after the tanks been setup followed by some other maintenance I feel is needed and specific to using the erythromycin

Not uncommon for a newer tank, how long has it been up?
 
IMO you have too much rock and that is a contributing factor to your circulation problem. Remove a few pieces, definitely take it away from the walls of the tank and you may not even have to mess with the PHs at all.
