Button Polyp/Zoa Disease?

I have a very large rock in my tank thats covered in Anthelia and button polyps. To the right of the rock, on another rock, is my larger RBTA. The RBTA doesn't really irritate the button polyps (they just close up). Further along the rock though there's a handful of polyps that are closed up. It doesn't look like zoa pox. The polyps are closed and look essentially like Sno-Balls. You know, those chocolate chips covered in white sprinkles? They're starting to look like that. Its just a couple polyps here and there covered in white little sprinkles. I haven't dosed anything, added anything, or done anything other than a water change. Any ideas? I can't get a pic atm but I'll try to get one later.

Lol, nevermind. All the polyps are opened again and I think I figured it out. My yellow wrasse likes to nip at the rocks/sand attempting to get pods, so when he poos, he poos sand. I think it was some well-aimed poo towards the polyps.
