Bugs???

Please help.....

This morning I noticed lots and I do mean lots of little clear bugs running around on my live rock. They are very small, maybe 1/8". What are these, and are they bad? I only have a clown and 3 corals.

Where did they come from? Were they brought in with the live rock?
