Bubble coral's slow death

Tank's been going great, but over the past week my bubble coral has been showing slow death. I was seeing some brown staining plates
( I've read threads discussing algae grownth on plates is bad...also discussions of brown jelly diease, which I don't think is occuring) and fluctuating appearance of bubble.
The issue I have is ....yesterday I started seeing shrinking extentions on my hammers/ long tentacle plate/frogspawn etc. Does dying "flesh"
of bubble put out toxins that affect other corals? Last night bubble looked BAD...and I'm thinking if it affecting other corals, I'm not going to fight ( freshwater or iodine dip etc) to keep it alive.
So the question is..[does the dying flesh of a coral change water chemistry and affect other corals?]

Im not sure about your question but my experience with LPS is to make sure that it is not in a high flow area cuz they cant take too much flow. Good luck with it and maybe it will recover.

It can cause a spike in your nitrates and possibly phosphates. You might want to check it out or use this opportunity for a water change.

It doesn't look bad at all. Mine was worse. It recovered after I put it under shade & low flow for a week. I didn't feed it either during the recovery.

3hrs after taking ya'lls advice..low flow area...much better expansion . Please note brown staining of plate however.
