i was just wondering if bubble corals can have too much light, or really anything for that matter? and when i mean too much light, i really mean can the lights be left on too long, but am interested to know if you can have too much wattage as well. the reason i ask is my bubble coral looked all deflated, mouth was starting to stay open and such, so last night i turned the lights off earlier, hoping it would be a stress reducer, and this morning he looks great again?! i really didnt think it would help, but i did not have time for a water change or testing the water or anything else so i figured i would try it. everything else in the tank is looking good and i ask about the lights primarily because i recieved some xenias and i extended the light period about 2-3 hrs on each end to make sure they get enough light and i have be trying to break an hour off it each week. well, the xenias look great, but this bubble coral guy was not so hot last night. any thoughts? thanks
