How do you get rid of bubble algae without busting them?

And hair algae...I have a couple turbo snails and this is what has been building up. I don't think a lawnmower blenny would be a good idea to put in since I already have a nemo and scooter blenny in a 24 gallon pod. So what is my other solution? More turbo's? Can hair algae hurt/affect coralline algae? I have a lot of coralline and don't want this hair algae to take over. Thanks!

You also want to find out what's feeding the HA, you are using RO/DI water right. It's easier to get this under control asap, it will get out of control on ya. Getting a good mix of clean up critters can also help, emerald crabs and some snails are know to possibly eat HA. Hight phosphates(silicates), and nitrates can contribute to this problem, so you may want to consider running phosban in a reactor to help.

Cheers!

Have you checked it for phosphates/silicates?? I believe nerite snails and mexican hermits are the HA eaters. The Ranfordi goby's also eat HA and are excellent sand sifters. :)

Cheers!
