Brown stuff on sand and rocks

There is brown stuff that is growing all over the sand and rocks in my tank. It was not there 2 days ago and now all over anyone know what it is
or what i can do about it?
 
It looks like a diatom bloom, something you can expect when you set up a new tank.

It will be consumed by the bacteria breeding in the tank, and disappear in a week or so.
 
you can minimize it to a degree by reducing your lighting period during the cycle. When I set up a tank, the diatom bloom is a sign the the cycle is going on,
and the tank is ready to [slowly] start adding new livestock
