blue green alge in nano.

My question is can you use the ultralife blue-green alge remover in a saltwater tank? It says it is for freshwater. The alge I have is just like the red slime except it is green. It is not hair alge. Thanks for the input.

There are saltwater versions of the FW product- Red Slime Remover and chemi-clean are the two most often mentioned.

However, it's better to address the root cause of the problem that led to a cyanobacteria bloom. Feed less, increase water change frequency or amount, check the age of your bulbs, increase flow, etc.

This has been a mystery. My feeding are very small. I do water changes every week. I have flow like you would not believe for that little tank. I can not get a handle on it to save my life. I have been at this hobby for a while. I just do not understand this.
