Bak Pak 2 not working right? I Think!!!!

I dont think my bak pak 2 skimmer is working right.... It is being ran off a rio 800 but I have ot filled up a cup of skimmater yet... I get about 1/4 cup skimmate a week and I have tried adjusting it every way possible but nothing seems to help any suggestions please....

perhaps your tank just doesnt have that much extra protein to pull out.

Is the skimmate real dark and thick like, or wet and light colored?

If its real dark, you can adjust the rubber ring on the collection cup to lower the cup and get a bit wetter skimmate. You also want to make sure that the air inlet does not get clogged with salt creep or calcium deposits.
