Auto Populate Usernames in PM

We need to look at that feature.When trying to PM Steve (Our President), it doesn't display his name. ?There are too many users with that name in the account.?
 
I haven't done anything extra to PM because WP forum is coming up with their own PM feature which should address a lot of this smaller wishlist items.I'lll check with my team when that will happen because I also don't like the announcement and notification module we currently have.
