So the time is getting close to when i have to replace bulbs on my X6, 54w-48'' Aquaticlife lighting system. I bought 2 bulbs today to try them out. Someone told me if it was them they would run X3 ATI Blue Plus and 1 Purple Plus, and 2 Actinic bulbs. I noticed they were Very blue so i did a little more research on them and it said they were one of the most Popular Actinic bulbs on the market. Currently i have 1 ATI Blue Plus, 2 Aquaticlife Actinic, 1 ATI Purple Plus, 1 Aquaticlife 10,000k, 1 Coralife 10,000k. The color is nice (better than it was with 4 10,000k which was really white). I run mostly SPS, LPS in my tank and i would like to hear what you guys think is the best Combo where its more blue over white without slacking on the White for coral growth. I have been thinking 3 ATI Aquablue Special, 1 ATI Purple Plus, and 2 ATI Actinic or 2 ATI Blue Plus. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks for the help!!!
