ok i have this light ballast what i need to know is how to hook it up without the harness from ballest to light i have all the end caps and 4 72 watt bulbs but i dont have the other harness and realy dont want to spend the 50 bucks to but the harness so if there is anyone out there that could help me out or give me a website that would be great and thanks

your over the limit on the bulb wattage with 4 bulbs at 72 inch

go to hellolights.com they have the harness you looking for. I have this same ballast and run 4-48" vho's...thats its max capacity. The wiring diagram should be on the ballast. But you wont be able to use 4 72" bulbs
 
I ran through this a year ago. I used a modified plug from a computer power supply (cut 4 pins off but line them up right in the ballast plug first). Remove the housing from the Ballast's plug and match up the wire colors
