Are these flatworms?

I found these bugs under my frag plugs last night. They are very small and flat. Are these flatworms? Will these harm my tank? If so, what can I do to get rid of them.

Honestly, they look like Sand Skaters to me. Do they run around like energizer bunnies?

Here's some information about flatworms. Click the thumbnails for a new popup window with text: http://www.melevsreef.com/id/flatworm.html

It kinda does look like the link you sent me.

They actually don't run around like bunnies. The best way I can describe their movement is as slow as those iRobot cleaners. I only knew of them when my gf picked up a frag disc and saw it under it. Would their movement be as fast as a copepod diving back into shelter when you turn on the lights? or half it's speed? or turtle like?

Sand Skaters zip about at hyper speed. I have a video of them moving on my harddrive. Yours could have slowed down because the coral was in a dip solution though?

It's a type of pod. Here's a link. It should be the last picture in the first section. http://www.chucksaddiction.com/hitchpods.html

Actually..... that last pic in the first section would not be the correct id. Mark's link show's the correct identification of these.
