This is an OPINION thread! That is the fair warning. I want to hear personal experiences and opinions about these two nanos please. I've previously owned an Aquapod 12 and loved it. Only now, they are getting harder to find and no one really does anything custom for them like a mini skimmer or media basket, hence the appeal of a Biocube 14.
They both seem to have the same type of lighting system and back chamber system. Let me know what you've experienced!
PS - I left Nanocubes off this debate simply because I've never had a great experience with one. My last was with a 24G Nanocube where the ballast burned out in 3 months and it took 2 months for them to send the replacement ballast. That is just the tip of the iceberg on those though.
