Aptasia on New Frag

I need some advice. I perticipated in a live sale and got three zoa frags from the seller. When they got to me, 2 out of the three frags have aptasia on them.

Being very new to the hobby I don't have fragging gear. I don't even have any new plugs laying around.

What should I do with these frags? I am really uncomfortable putting them in my QT as I'm afraid they will infest my other frags. I am just wondering what my options are?
 
Try removing them with a knife or something sharp. Make sure you wear safety glasses, as the zoas may squirt and you do not want that in your eyes.
