APEX Question

I have an Apex controller that I have been using for some time now (but have not used the Variable Speed outlet) but I have controllable lights. It is hooked up and when I go to Apex Fusion, I see I have four variable speed controls. I have them all set to auto and used the wizard to create the intensity of the outlet over time.

I only see two places to plug the units into the Main Apex Unit. I looks like Variable Speed 1 and 3 are the ones being controlled but VS 1 seems to have some strange value (should currently be at 100% but it shows 90% (earlier it showed 255%).

So, is VS 1 and 3 correct? Where is VS 2 and 4 plug-ins?

Each of the two outlets will control two variable speed items. They're standard RJ-45 Ethernet style connections, so the cables that go into them have 8 wires (4 pairs). I don't remember off the top of my head which wire pairs match up to which outlets, but there are two pairs in each plug that get used.
