I get a text or email when the power goes out, but I don't get anything to let me know that power has been restored. I asked for help over on the Neptune System's community forum and this was the advice I was given. Both of these are virtual switches I had to generate.

[PwrNormal]
Set ON
If Power EB8_3 Off 000 Then OFF
If Power EB4_4 Off 000 Then OFF
If Power EB8_5 Off 000 Then OFF
Defer 001:10 Then ON

[PwrRestored]
Set OFF
If Power EB8_3 On 000 Then ON
If Power EB4_4 On 000 Then ON
If Power EB8_5 On 000 Then ON
If Outlet PwrNormal = ON Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON

The three If statements are if any of the powerbars lose power. And then some code was added to the Send Alarm:

[SndAlarm]
Set OFF
If Temp > 82.0 Then ON
If Temp < 75.0 Then ON
If Power EB8_3 Off 000 Then ON
If Power EB4_4 Off 000 Then ON
If Power EB8_5 Off 000 Then ON
If Power Apex Off 003 Then ON
If Outlet PwrRestored = ON Then ON

And to my email

[EmailAlm]
Set OFF
If Temp > 82.0 Then ON
If Temp < 75.0 Then ON
If Power EB8_3 Off 000 Then ON
If Power EB4_4 Off 000 Then ON
If Power EB8_5 Off 000 Then ON
If Power Apex Off 003 Then ON
If Outlet PwrRestored = ON Then ON

This ONLY works if you have your Apex plugged into a UPS, the Apex is hardwired to the Router, and the Router is plugged into a UPS. The Apex and the Router have to be live to send out a signal.
