Apex help

I have an Apex lite setup and I have never had any problems with it. Recently, I noticed that the temperature of the tank was slowly rising beyond the point where I should have received e-mail & text alarms. After investigating, it was as if the whole Apex program was not running... no lights, fans, heater, or alarms. Yet the display appeared normal (other than the rising temperature). A simple reboot solved the problem but the whole incident scared me. If I had not been home and noticed the temperature, the tank could have easily crashed due to entering temperature extremes.

Any ideas on what may have happened? Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
For reference, I am using version 4.20L_BF12

I've never seen anything like that with mine. You might contact Neptune support and post this on the Neptune Systems forums and see if anyone there has. I know v4.33 is out now so you might want to upgrade.

On the upper left corner of the Fusion window is a drop down menu with the name of your Apex. Under that is a "Diagnostics" option. You might also check that to see if anything relevant shows up.
