Yes, I still use it. It will be 2 years old in a few months. The ballast was real easy to replace. I wonder if it doesn't get too hot inside the fixture for these things to last a long time. I have similiar hood on my 75gal, but it is one of those expensive german made hoods. I had the halide ballast die in it and I ended up replacing both ballasts with icecaps and have them on the outside.
