Any kind of home depot lights???

I'm building a 29 gallon and I'm using lights from HD. I bought two lights, they are each a two bulb 24" fixture. They come with normal bulbs and ballasts, so I'm switching out the ballasts for HO ballasts and the bulbs to HO. They are basically just a white housing that encases the ballast with the bulbs on the outside. I'm going to make reflectors for them too.
 
Problem with hd fixtures is they don't have individual reflectors and mention ballasts are wrong. On lighting you really don't want to go cheap go with a proven fixture cause if you go cheap in the long run you will be changing them out. Might look into reef led par 38 bulbs to
