Another Lighting question Blue or actinic?

What is the difference? Will I see better growth with a set of actinic lights over the blue or true blue lights? Or is this just a personal preference?
 
I like blue actintic because it bring out the colors of the corals. I noticed with blue lights, my corals don't grow as fast.
 
You'll get more growth with a 10k bulb. Adding a 03 actinic bulb makes the overall light more pleasing to our eyes(when run at the same time as the 10K). Setting the bulbs on two different timers will allow your tank to wake and sleep easier. Meaning have your 03 actinic come on first then the 10K, 10K off first and then the 03 actinic.
 
The fixture I have already has a 10 k set of bulbs in their but it also came with a blue (not actinic set of bulbs). In a couple of months I am going to get new bulbs for the fixture and just wanted to see what was the better option. Actinic 03 looks like it is it
