Anenome dying?

I have an gbta that i think is dying maybe? I bought him from a fellow member 2 weeks ago and was doing great but my problem was my maroon clown. Stressed it out. He started by hiding and then would not attach himself to anything. Then this morning around 7:30 I found him in the K4 shroud, half in half out. Hes dis-inflated, looks bad. he don't smell at all but hasn't even tried to get out. I check my water and everything is good.. I have halides so I know thats not it. Hes in a 140 gal with a 55 gal refuge. I hung the shroud closer to the top so it can get more light but... no change. So my question is can somebody tell me is is it over for him? Don't want him to die over nite and kill everything in my tank.

let the shroud sink to the bottom and let him work himself out. do a good water change and run some carbon, as long as the tank is healthy he should get better. then, get some foam for those powerheads!

Thanx for the quick reply. I just let the shroud go to the bottom. Ill do the water change in the morning or should I do it now? I did a small 10 gallon water change last nite. How many gallons should I do? My next step is to put the maroon up for adoption! Ive been trying to sell her but nobody wants her. i guess to lfs it is. Shes just too aggressive. Thanx again Wes!

One more thing, is it normal for the gbta not to attach itself to anything or is it because its stressed out?

i wouldnt do a water change or do anyhting different
just give it a chance to heal up
i might even cut the lights back a little
nems dont need much light to begin with

btw wes is right on the foam thing
also you might want to run some extra carbon just in case it goes to jelly overnight
