Anemone upset hosting?

I just purchased a bubble tip yesterday and my clowns stayed away from it for about 20 hours. It moved from the spot I placed it to close to where my clowns were already nesting. I've seen my female clown nestle up to the nem but the em went from very healthy looking to deflated and not healthy looking. I don't think my clowns were too large for the nem as both could easily have fit in the nem without looking big. Has anyone ever had issues of a clown trying to host and it bothering the em?
 
Nems deflat when they poop and it is normal for them to this when placed in a new tank. Unless the clowns are punching or prodding the Nem aggressively I think you are ok.
 
Sorry I'm relatively a newb. Would a clown eat the nems poop? I went through a period of over feeding and ever since my clowns have been aggressive over food. I saw them eating stringy pieces from the nem.
 
It is the clowns job to groom the Nem. They will remove the poop - which is stringy stuff. No issue if they eat it.
