Mine have disappeared for up to a week. Give it a few days, they should pop up. Just make sure your CL and PH intakes are covered, new splits tend to go wandering and can turn themselves into 'nem puree.
I agree with Scott. They tend to wander around once they heal up and feel good again. Keep an eye on them when they start to move. I lost half my frogspawn colony this spring when a clone took a "walkabout." :sad:
