Amino acid

I've used it for a few years on a smaller system, now I just got lazy. I've heard good things about it, hard to report anything when everything is doing well. If you have extra $, time, and patience, use it, otherwise everything will be okay without it.

Aminos are one of those things that many people use, but few can actually point to results from using. With the advent of a ULN tank methodology, their use is rising as are the benefits, but if you are not going ULN then feeding quality foods to the tank will be fine.

+1 Unless you have ULN your corals will find plenty of food in the water column. If your not runninh ULN you could do more harm then good, by introducing more nutrience in the system that could be used by bad stuff like algea.

Ultralow Nutrient System. Zeovit, NeoZeo, and the other one that starts with a P and ends with Bio, can't remember the name. there are other versions too, bacteria with Vodka, carbon.

Brightwell Micro Bacter 7 and vodka is popular right now. Everyday thing, I''m doin it right now, kinda of a pain though. May go back to Blue Coral Method.
