Now I know reactors are on the cheaper side of equipment that us reefers use and that "you get what you pay for" is a lot of times to true when cutting corners or trying to diy something you shouldn't. Bio-pellets reactors have been done before but have always seemed to be just as expensive as a new reactor since you need to get good flow. Buy the time your done with labor and costs you might have saved what... 30-50.00 dollars? Well today is different my friends. Today we are blessed with this sight,

Skip to the .25 mark for the action.

HAVE YOU EVER SEEN SUCH A GOOD FLOW? Yeah I know, ME EITHER!!! And with this your saving upwards of 70-90 dollars! Pound for pound I think this reactor operates WAY better then any manufactured and modded models on the market.

That is a pretty cool DIY / "Coke Bottle Mod". I already had a BRS reactor and someone told me about this mod. It works soo good. I've been running it for a month now and there is no sign that the pellets will ever stop tumbling.

That's pretty clever. I tried something similar to run carbon. Someone should start a thread for Come bottle DIY. Bio-pellets, carbon, fish trap, etc.
