It does look like a bacterial infection, possibly caused by poor netting procedures. For everyones info, those green ones are terrible for tearing up delicate scaled fish. I like the Python nets and another white one that I cant remember the brand of.
It does resemble HLLE but isnt in any of the right places. If someone wants to treat it, pristine (and I do mean pristine) water conditions would be necessary to heal properly. Aggressive antibiotics would also be my suggestion.
