Algae ID Please

Can anyone identify the algae in the photo below? While it appears flat like Feather Caulerpa, it is actually cylindrical like a pipe cleaner.
 
Thanks Scott, however I do not believe it is the same thing. I did a search and found a couple better photos and they do not appear to be the same.

What I have is more like fuzzy fingers, you would think it is codium from a distance as it appears more solid; the photo above is an extreme close-up.

Fast growing like caulerpa, though?
