Ai nano tooka dunk

Ok well know ai nano went for a swim courtesy of 2 toddlers. It was plugged in when it went in its dried now but won't turn on. My ? Is, is there way to fix this does anybody know anyone who fixes these? Would like to get it fixed its a really great light and I can't find any for sale. Also if I can't get it fixed does the ai prime compare? this has 8 mixed blue leds I think the prime only has 3. Thanks in advance
 
My guess is the driver is bad you could call them and see if they would let you send it in for repairs.

yes, AI is great to work with. If it is fixable, they will fix it. The only thing is, you'll need some sort of temporary light to send it in. Usually they will have it back to you within two weeks.....of course, depending on the repairs, how busy they are, etc....
 
Thanks for the response guys. Also the serial number sticker peeled off when it got wet would that be a problem or does it matter? I do have a temporary light fortunately.any clue what the bill would be to fix it thought them?
 
Well they said that they don't work on the nanos anymore suggested I get a prime. I really liked my nano, so much growth and the blue was awesome.
 
I live nowhere near you and I have zero time at the moment (ie I would think I would get to it, then it would be months), but a quick trip around the inside with a voltmeter cures a lot of issues with lights. I've seen a couple that just needed something jumpered, resoldered, etc. You may be able to find someone willing to help take it apart and do some quick diagnostics.
