Aggressive Starry Blenny

I have a real aggressive starry blenny. He likes to attack any new fish even biting them, and relentlessly chase them around the tank. He's recently chased cardinals and a flame angel.

He doesn't do anything to the old tank mates. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

how big is the tank? Most would be aggressive if a fish comes in its territory.

55 gallon. He seems to act like the whole tank is his territory for a new fish. He is rather large, at about 3-3.5 inches I hear that is relatively big for a starry.
