I have a DIY led fixture, I bought it off the sell forum and also received extra bulbs with it, first question would be the two bulbs at the end do nothing and I was told they are infrared bulbs and you just can't see them, is this true and what's the purpose? Next question would be can I add more led's to the same driver in circuit with the others without damaging anything and would it take power away from the rest making it be a completely useless in trying to achieve brighter light by doing so, your opinions would be greatly appreciated, they are 3w stevesleds if that matters, thanks.

Whether you can add more LEDs or not depends on the driver and the total number of LEDs you already have. Since this came from StevesLEDs, your best bet would probably be to contact him. He could probably tell you the maximum output of the driver and what it can handle. His contact information is in the vendor section.

LOL, yea more likely UV, I have thought about adding a couple to my LED's also, I currently run 8 - 3w cool white, 2 - 3w Red, 16 - 3w royal blue and I thought 2 UV's would give the last usable spectrum or at least that is what I have read and been told in the past.
