Acclimation help

I would think you could acclimate them together. However, it would be interesting to know how many fish. Don't feed them between now and then, to help reduce ammonia... If you have the time to take it slow I would do that.
 
Do all the fish and inverts have the same water in the bags? Or did they come from different systems? If it all came from the same tank, I don't know why you couldn't acclimate at least some together. Maybe acclimate half of them and float the rest, then do the other half.
 
Will your new system be able to handle that much bioload since its a new tank? I dont know what fishes you have but I would personally do the less aggressive fishes first and then let them get comfortable with their surroundings and then introduce more.
