3 month old RODI down to 1/2 output

My RODI unit is not very old and has not had all that much water through it but the output rate is half what it is rated for which is 5 gallons/hr.

I don't have a clue what to check or do.

Suggestions please.
 
Usually in the winter when the water gets cold output drops. What is the psi going into the ro/di

What does the first filter look like? Is it white, or orange / brown? It could be clogged up.
 
I don't know how to measure water pressure from the hose connection. My house has excellent water pressure though. The waste water comes out of its tube well.

I checked the filters and they all look new to me. I don't know how to check the membrane.
 
How long is the hose that comes from the water faucet to the ro unit? I believe someone suggested for another member to take the hose if long enough and coil it in a 5g buck with room temp water. The room temp water is way warmer than the incoming water from the faucet. I bet that you see a increase in water production.
 
WOW! The temperature makes all the difference in the world. The temp is back up for summer and the water flows just like it was new.
