3" cooling fans

[Can anybody recommend a place to purchase Quiet 3" cooling fans? the two I have on my hood now are way too noisy.

[I got one at Radio Shack for $17. It's rated at 24 dba and seems pretty quiet. I also used a little piece of mouse pad to help reduce vibrations.]
 
[I have done the Radio Shack thing also. In less than 6 months they started making noise. Will see how the new ones do.]
 
[I agree with Brian, the Icecap ones are 2-3 times the price of a Radio Shack fan but I've had my Icecaps for 3+ years (still as quiet as day 1) and my Radio Shack ones never lasted more than 8 months before they started making all sorts of noise. I have had 3 of the Radio shack ones in the past all with the same outcome ( I dont think they fair well with the salt).]
