29 gal biocube reef.. what to do to make it the ultimate 29g

i have a 29gal nano that has been set up for about 3-4months at least and it is doing OK i can tell that something just inst quite right with the tank though... the coral don't thrive like they did in my 75.... and it had less light than my nano... the nano has the top off and has a viper 2 150w halide on it.... and a additional power-head on the side of it blowing across the top and mid of the live rock... i have a well established tank i am pretty sure even though the tank is so young... i have cope pods everywhere ... have some bristle worms :( but over all not bad had a clam in there since the first month it was running....... the coral doesn't do horrible but isn't great....i want to make this 29gal intense as far as filtration and water quality goes any ideas i am currently fixing up my own filtration like the chart below any ideas....
