20G Refugium DIY Info

I have a 20G that I want to use a a fuge. I have seen many threads, but I have not seen detailed sites. If anyone has a diagram of a basic fuge. I want to keep it simple and have the benefit of a fuge. I will be using it for my 50G so a 20G should be good enough. Also some info on a good return pump would be, overflow, etc....

The tank drains into the right section behind the skimmer. The return pump on the left end pumps up into a SCWD, and from that black thing it goes up to each return in the tank. The SCWD alternates the flow every 7 to 9 seconds, so the return water comes out on one side of the tank for a while, then on the other. Here's a video of how that looks from my old 29g.

That isn't how it looks normally. I was doing a water change and with the lowered water level, you could see clearly how it switched back and forth with all those air bubbles.
