I just updated your account to Premium Member status. Can you try to download the card again?I came here specifically to post about this issue as the send an email option on the Contact page isn’t working either. Can’t download my membership card, can’t contact via the Contact page. Have to show partners a screenshot of my paypal receipt for membership dues in order to receive discounts. Any assistance or fixing the problem would be appreciated.

Nope, just tried it again. I verified that I was logged in and still not working. " Sorry your Pass cannot be installed to Passbook at this time." I think I am officially giving up.Hi @SeanNTX I think this was resolved for you back on April 14th so I just wanted to close the loop.
