1st time Quarantine Question

Hi I have a 120g Im setting up for the second time along with my first QT. (learned my lesson the hard way as a noob!) My question is should I quarantine the first fish that i decide to add to my DT? I will most likely start with some type of damsels, so im not worried about the loss of investment as much as keeping those unwanted parasites out of my DT! Thanks in advance for all input!
 
To do it right, you should qt every purchase...everything. I also wouldn't start with damsels as they get territorial and mean. The best way to do it is plan what fish you want, list them out, and add them in order of least to most aggressive. Adding odd numbers at any one time can help with new fish introduction as well.
 
Thank Wes. I assumed that would be the case, just thought i would make sure. And by damsels I meant Blue-Green Chromis. (I have also been through the hassle of trying to catch a bully domino damsel!)
