No one in their right mind would pay that much for an A. Lordhowensis. Maybe a year ago, you could frag it and make some money back, but now that the divers know what to bring up, they are gonna be pretty common. Although, the nice color morphs will continue to bring good money.

I think it would actually be a pretty nice coral. It looks to be bleached in the center and the truer colors are on the outside edges. If it survived and colored up, it would be an awesome coral. Not worth that kind of bank though.
