150w current sunpod problems

I have a sunpod on my 29g biocube. It is having horrible problems with it at the moment. I just turned off my lighting and removed it off the tank for a water change. I waiting about 10 minutes after my water change and plugged it back in and turned it on the led's one on but my metal halide isn't having it. This is horrible featuring I have corals that need it. Any ideas what it is
 
Did you figure out what was wrong? If you have power to the bulb socket, the bulb is bad. If you don't have power coming from the ballast, the ballast is bad, or it is plugged into a bad circuit, or the breaker could have tripped. I bet you checked all that, right, with a voltage meter?
