1 month after marine velvet.

Ok guys I got a couple of questions.
It's been 25 days since I pulled all my fish out. Since then they have been in copper. But now my ammonia shot up today and I water changed 4 gallons out of 28 gallons. And my hippo tang showed signs of HLLE like black spots next to gills. Which my guess is the ammonia spike did it? And I only feed pellet for the most part and nori? Should I take the risk and put them back in the DT since it has been 25 days? Or wait they just keep looking stressed in the qt? What would you do?

Info I forgot there's 4 fish in the qt 1.5-2 hippo, 3-3.5 flame wrasse, 1.5-2 pair of b&w clowns
 
You need to neutralize the ammonia....I would suggest Prime, BUT make sure that it is compatible with whatever medication you are using for the copper treatment. Be sure you have plenty of water on hand...may need to transfer them to another tank.
 
Thanks Eric the ammonia is now 0. but is it safe after a month cause of marine velvet.
